Brokers' FAQ

All auctions on the Freedom Realty Exchange offer buyer's broker participation. The first step is to register a user account on FRE.com as a Broker/Agent. Upon successful registration of your account, you will receive your own FRE.com Broker/Agent registration number. Keep that registration number handy as you must input it on the Broker Participation form. The Broker Participation form can be found on an auction's profile page and must be completed and submitted BEFORE your buyer submits a bid. You cannot earn a commission if you are the buyer or a principal on the purchase.

We offer brokers/agents the opportunity to conduct their own online auctions on FRE.com. For more information and to enroll in the Never Lose a Listing® program, click here. This broker-run online auction program lets you control the auction and keep 100% of your commission.

No. Our program is very easy to use, and we have created several manuals and web videos to help you. Also, our experienced Auction Support staff is available to assist you every step of the way.

All user information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect for the privacy of the user. At no time will any user information be sold, rented or otherwise disclosed to third parties except to those specifically involved in your purchase transaction. By downloading property or auction documents for a specific property, or if you place a bid, the Seller and the Seller's broker may have access to your user information.
