Your first step in conducting your own online real estate auction is to enroll in our Never Lose a Listing® program. This program is available to any licensed real estate professional with an active listing agreement.
Once enrolled, you can begin building your auction marketplace as our intuitive "Auction Wizard" guides you through the entire setup process of inputting property information and uploading property images and documents.
After completing the setup process, submit it to our Auction Support staff for review and approval.
Prior to launching your auction on FRE.com, obtain the Seller's signature on the Addendum and submit it to us along with a copy of the current listing agreement.
It's that simple; the entire process should not take you more than an hour and if you have any questions, live assistance is just a phone call away.
