Am I required to sell my properties to the highest bidder?

Most of the properties we auction on the website are sold as a "Reserve Auction,” meaning that the Sellers set an undisclosed “release price” and may choose to reject any bids that do not meet the release price. However, the best way to attract bidder attention is to auction some of your inventory in an "Absolute Auction” format, meaning that the property will be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of price. An “Absolute” sale attracts bidders because they can invest time and energy in their due diligence, prior to the bid deadline, with the confidence that the property will be sold without question.
