This Tender Offer event is for a premium, extra-large covered parking space (#26) in the 75 Clarendon Building located in Boston's premier South End neighborhood. This premium (tandem) parking space is wide and long enough to accommodate two (2) large vehicles.
Tandem parking space #26 (2-car capacity) in the 75 Clarendon Building is being offered for sale. The Buyer of apartment #609 in the 75 Clarendon Building shall have a twenty-four (24) hour first right of refusal (from receiving notification by email or telephone that its offer has been accepted) to purchase parking space #26 for one hundred forty-nine thousand dollars ($149,000) or the highest price offered for the parking space by a third party offeror, whichever is more. If the apartment Buyer exercises its first right of refusal to purchase the parking space, the high offeror for the parking space shall receive a twenty-five hundred dollar ($2,500) participation fee payable at the parking space closing.
