Central Valley Auction - Citrus at Mossdale Landing - Lathrop, California
A major homebuilder in Central California was left with standing inventory of more than fifty single-family homes in three different developments spread across hundreds of miles. Faced with the carrying cost of keeping three fully staffed sales offices open for up to a year, the owner elected to use FRE’s online auction to create a sense of buyer urgency. One hundred fifty bidders from across the country competed online for the homes, placing nearly 500 bids throughout the auction campaign. Hooray for Hollywood Post Auction- Holly Townhomes-Los Angeles, California
This challenging marketing assignment included 16 partially completed townhouses. Prior to auction marketing the units, FRE assisted the builder, receiver, bank and the bank’s legal counsel in removing mechanic liens, liaise with the City of Los Angeles building and community development departments, complete construction and secure the Certificates of Occupancy.

This auction was for two luxury waterfront condominiums situated right on Newport Harbor, just a few blocks from one of Southern California's award-winning beaches. FRE auctioned a ±43-acre planned unit development site and a ±2,202 SF loft-style residential condominium in Akron, Ohio. Even though the property had been on the market for over 3 years, the FRE auction stimulated the local market resulting in the sale of the property.

The sale of these properties, which were located near the Colorado River, known for its golf, hiking/biking trails, dining, and Laughlin nightlife, proved that FRE’s online auctions are an excellent marketing method for a seller to achieve the highest possible sales prices while distinguishing his properties from those of his competitors.
SFR - Gibson Street, Los Angeles, CA
This residential property is located in Los Angeles near the Beverly Hills border. It was built in 1928 on a large lot LFC’s marketing campaign included a standard MLS listing but we also reached out to residential developers in the region with the premise that a developer would pay an above market price for the property. The property sold “all cash” to a developer who closed the transaction in less than 30 days.

Success in the South! All condos were sold with more than 250 registered prospects and 14 days of competitive online bidding. The auction included both vacant and occupied units, attracting investors as well as owner-users. Located just minutes from the heart of Savannah's Historic District, and offering amenities including a 6,500 square foot clubhouse, lighted tennis courts, a fitness center and a resort-style swimming pool with cabana, the community was perfect for homebuyers looking for a vacation property on the Georgia coast.

The successful builder closeout auction of Brava, a unique, gated resort community situated in the heart of the Coachella Valley, in beautiful Palm Desert attracted buyers from all over the US looking to own a piece of sunny California. Casalingo Estates and New Moreno Valley Homes - Redlands and Moreno Valley, California
This auction-marketing campaign successfully produced more than 13,000 visitors with nearly 400 registrants and approximately 100 active bidders competing for the properties. Gardner Construction & Development was thrilled to sell its entire standing inventory. According to the California Association of Realtors at the time of the auction, sellers required an average of seven months to sell an entire inventory of single-family detached homes. However, utilizing LFC's services, the developer sold its entire unsold inventory quickly - a total of 25 homes in two separate developments in less than three months.
